Fremont County Democrats
Values Statement

We as members of the Fremont County Democratic Party support and defended the following of values for the 2008 elections. We as democrats will do all we can to support our Democratic candidates and work hard to achieve a Democratic victory in November of 2008.

 * Economy – We as Democrats of the Fremont County Democratic Party support a fair economy for the middle and lower class of this county and country. We as Democrats support a fair economy for all that have the privilege of living in this great country.

 * Environment – We as Democrats support alternative forms of energy and will fight to improve the quality of our environment. We will join the fight to stop the spread of global warming and will join in the fight to create cleaner more efficient forms of energy for the 22nd century.

 * The War in Iraq – We as Democrats of the Fremont County Democratic Party do not support the war in Iraq. We as Democrats do however support the troops that fight everyday to keep us in America safe from dangers around the world. We as Democrats support a withdraw of troops from Iraq and a safe return home for our troops.

 * Health Care – We as Democrats of the Fremont County Democratic Party support a universal health care system. We as Democrats do not believe in having a health care system that does not give senior citizens the opportunity to cheap affordable medicine and health care.

 * Agriculture – As Democrats we pride our selves to be the party of the farmer. We as Democrats fight to protect the small family farm in Fremont County and the United States of America. The Fremont County Democratic Party supports new forms of farming for the 22nd century; we support organic farming and strive to make farming in this country more environmentally safe for all of us.

 *  Jobs – We as Democrats of the Fremont County Democratic Party support small business in Fremont County and will do all we can to support local business in our towns and small communities. We fight to bring back industry and jobs for the people of Fremont County, and work with county government to try and achieve that goal for the future of our county.
